What services does Nathani Clinic offer?

We provide a wide range of pediatric services including well-child visits, sick visits, vaccinations, developmental screenings, nutritional assessments, and surgical consultations. We also have visiting specialists for children who need additional care.

You can call us at 9867694813, Monday to Saturday between 8 AM and 8 PM. You can also send us a WhatsApp message or fill in the appointment form on our Contact page.

Our clinic is open Monday to Saturday, 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM. We are closed on Sundays. For appointment bookings you can reach us Monday to Saturday between 8 AM and 8 PM.

For emergencies, please take your child directly to Surya Hospital, Chembur and ask for Dr. Neeta Nathani. Do not wait for us to call back in a genuine emergency.

We accept UPI and cash payments and provide receipts for all transactions.

Please bring your child’s vaccination record or immunisation booklet and any previous prescriptions or medical reports. For new patients, a list of any medications your child is currently taking is also helpful.

Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. We see patients by appointment only, so this helps us keep things running smoothly for everyone.

Yes, telehealth appointments are available. Please call or WhatsApp us at 9867694813 to arrange one.

You can request medical records during your clinic visit, by telephone, or via WhatsApp or email. We will provide records in digital or physical form, as you prefer.

Yes, we offer all types of vaccinations for children and families, including adult and travel vaccinations. Details will be provided at your routine visit.

Yes, we are experienced in caring for children with a range of developmental and physical needs. We take extra time during consultations to ensure both the child and family feel comfortable. Please let us know in advance when booking so we can make appropriate arrangements.

Parents can post queries or concerns via WhatsApp or email and we will respond as time permits. For urgent medical concerns, please call us directly.

Yes, adequate parking is available on the clinic premises. Please request a security guard at the gate to allow you to park inside.

Keeping Your Child Healthy

  • Schedule regular well-child check-ups, even when your child seems healthy
  • Keep vaccinations up to date as per your paediatrician’s schedule
  • Encourage a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins
  • Ensure your child gets adequate sleep for their age
  • Encourage at least 1 hour of active play every day

Preventing Illness & Injury

  • Childproof your home — use safety gates, secure furniture, and keep dangerous items out of reach
  • Teach regular handwashing with soap and water, especially before meals and after the bathroom
  • Teach your child to cover their mouth when coughing or sneezing
  • Always use car seats and booster seats correctly
