Is your child aggressive? Blame it on the aerated drink!

Aerated soft drinks have been blamed for many life-style related diseases – obesity, diabetes, constipation, tooth decay etc. Now add aggressive behavior to the list! Research has shown that consumption of as little as one soda per day causes significant increase in aggressive behavior in children! [1]
It is best to give your child plenty of clean water throughout the day. Do check with your doctor as to what is the recommended amount of fluid intake per day depending on the age of your child. Please remember that the requirements also vary by season (especially in hot and humid climates like ours).
